Nursing Exams 101

I think one thing nursing students realize quickly when they are in nursing school is that the tests are always "tricky" to say the least. This meme says it all and pretty much explains how I feel about my test that I should have studied better for. My problem is I always narrow it down to the two best answers but always end up picking the wrong one instead of the right answer. I tend to change my answers to wrong answers as well. One word of advice, go with your gut feeling because, as I've learned the hard way, it's usually right. On a lighter note I have been applying to externships (which are basically nursing internships where you shadow a nurse and gain experience over the summer) and called to schedule an interview with one. It's not one of my top choices but it's something. Too bad I didn't feel more confident about my test otherwise this would have been a completely great day. But life goes on and I hope I learn from my mistakes and if not, what can I say I'm a work in progress...
