Orientation

     So today was the first day of orientation for my externship. I was really excited to start and see all the people I would be working with. It turns out that a good amount of people from my school also got externships through this health system so it was nice to see them all. Basically today was an ice breaker/listen to people talk type of day. Overall it wasn't a bad day. Tomorrow is an actual on site orientation at the hospital that we are assigned to. So hopefully I will have more to write about then. One thing That stuck with me today was something that the CEO said. He said that the day you stop moving forward towards your goals and your future, that is the day you start dying. That really put things into perspective for me and really moved me. So keep on keeping on! Til tomorrow...
